Delivery and Cost
All items will ship between 3-5 business days
Shipping costs vary based on weight and volume of items ordered


How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with all the
tracking details. If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us

How can I cancel my order?
Possibly, email molly@woolncottage.com and we’ll get back with you as
soon as we can.


Can I add additional items to my order?
As long as your first order has not already shipped, we can add whatever
you need. Email molly@woolncottage.com right away.


Can I change the color of my order?
Possibly! Email molly@woolncottage.com to see if your order has already
been shipped. If not, then we can make any adjustments needed.


Can I return an item?
Yes, please send all items back within 15 days. Sale items are
nonrefundable. Keep in mind you will be responsible for return shipping.
